　財務省が発表している『国民負担率』では、国民負担に財政赤字を加えた潜在的な国民負担率として、「令和2年度（実績）62.8％」と公表されている。そんな中でも、増税議論が止まないのはなぜなのか。国際政治アナリストの渡瀬裕哉氏が解説する。

　「五公五民」は、中学時代に習いましたね。江戸時代の年貢率を表した言葉です。年貢米の半分を領主が取るので、残りの半分しか農民の手元に残らない。江戸時代初期には「四公六民」でしたが、八代将軍の吉宗によって引き上げられました。これによって、大飢餓に見舞われた享保から天明年間には「百姓一揆」が続発しました。

　まさか、令和の日本で江戸時代よりヒドイ搾り取り方をする政治が行われるなんて誰が想像したでしょうか？まさに「鬼の岸田」と言わざるをえません。江戸時代の世間知らずの将軍と同じく、二世・三世の議員が多い日本の国会議員たちには庶民の暮らしなど分かるはずもない。もはや「サラリーマン一揆」を起こすしかないのかもしれません。

　生きてゆけない人が増えると、治安も乱れます。闇バイトの横行がそれを示しているような気がする。自民党を政権から引き摺り下ろすしか道はないのかもしれません。若者よ、怒れ！
