〇外圧がないと変わらない日本社会

　In Japan, "respect for individuality" has been a theme for decades. However, all they are doing is crushing individuality. It seems to me that all they are doing is preparing the students to go out into the world and become corporate animals. To the students.

　But students don't want to follow black school rules. Black club activities should be liberalized. Same uniforms, same haircuts, same teaching materials, same curriculum, same .... It goes on and on and on. And the students are not free to do anything on their own. It's the same thing when you join a company. Absolute obedience to a stupid boss. Absolute obedience even to illegal orders like those of Johnny's Office or Big Motor.

　There is no way that American Apple, Meta, Microsoft, or Amazon can be born from such a society. They will probably continue to lose battle after battle after battle. I think the source of all this is the rigid schools.

　日本では何十年も「個性尊重」をお題目にしている。しかし、やっていることは個性を潰すことばかり。それは、社会に出て社畜になる準備をさせているとしか思えないんだよ。生徒には
「みんなそうしている」
　と、同調圧力をかける。

　でも、生徒はブラック校則になど従いたくない。ブラック部活は自由化してほしい。同じ制服、同じ髪型、同じ教材、同じカリキュラム、同じ・・・。延々と続く。そして、生徒たちは何一つ自分の自由にならない。会社に入っても同じことだ。バカな上司に絶対服従。ジャニーズ事務所やビッグモーターのように違法な命令でも絶対服従。

　こんな社会から、アメリカのアップルやメタ、マイクロソフト、アマゾンが生まれるわけがない。これからも、連戦連敗が続いていくのだろう。その全ての元凶は、硬直化した学校にあると思う。
