Hello everyone.
Today I will continue to bring you the latest Ukrainian situation in a
compact and easy to understand format with the use of maps.
I'd like to welcome you all to our video.
First of all,
a notice.
As pointed out by several viewers,
there was a channel called "Maruchome's Ukraine" that had taken the entire draft of this video from beginning to end and replaced it with another video and uploaded it,
so I consulted with the YouTube management about the video that was taken from the owner of the posting.
We have resolved the issue.
We would have liked to write to them and discuss the issue,
but unfortunately we did not have their contact information,
so we had no choice but to deal with the issue.
We have been notified that other Ukraine-related videos have also been taken down,
so if you are running other channels,
you might want to check them out.
If you subscribe to the channel and turn on notifications,
you will be notified when videos are released.

The Situation in Ukraine
It has been 862 days since Russia invaded Kyiv.
First of all,
general matters.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,
the Russian losses were 1,200 soldiers
9 tanks
17 armored fighting vehicles
65 artillery guns
2 air defense systems
26 drones
6 cruise missiles
77 other vehicles.
The entire front reported 136 ground battles in a single day.
And the ratio of the number of losses of Ukrainian equipment to Russian losses,
which can be visually confirmed,
is 1 to 3.8 compared to the number of losses on the Ukrainian side.
The Russian losses include communications facilities,
boats,
guns,
tanks,
infantry fighting vehicles,
armored fighting vehicles,
military trucks,
ATVs,
civilian vans,
motorcycles,
and a wide range of other equipment.
On the Ukrainian side,
on the contrary,
pickups and infantry fighting vehicles are slightly more conspicuous.
As we will report later,
there are reports that the Ukrainian army is forming several brigades and deploying them in actual combat,
and the Russian army is conducting new offensive operations in several directions to stop them.
Now,
here is the war situation in each region.
We will focus on the areas where the war situation has changed.
You can follow the changes with the date if you go to the full screen on the big screen.
Northeast,
toward Harkiv
We will report on the situation in the Halkiu area,
where the Russian military invaded across the border in May.
It is rumored that the Ukrainian army may launch a counterattack in this area with a force of 10,000 to 15,000 troops.
According to an analysis by the Institute for the Study of War,
Ukraine is dealing with the problem of manpower shortages and has already formed several new brigades,
with some units awaiting equipment,
but unfortunately that equipment has been delayed in arriving.
Meanwhile,
Russian forces are struggling,
and reportedly,
the number of missing persons is increasing at night.
The Russians launched six attacks on Hlyboke and Vovtyansk,
but the Ukrainian army repulsed them and the Russians had no success.
Vovtyansk
On the contrary,
Ukrainian forces counterattacked in downtown Vovtyansk,
and according to the video with location data,
Ukrainian forces went to the west side of Sobolna Street and retook several buildings.
The video shows Ahmat units conducting drone strikes on the recaptured buildings.
The battle map has been updated to show the Ukrainian army recapturing that area from the disputed territory.
No other information was found to affect the battle map.
Northeast: Luhansk Oblast
Eastern part,
toward ChasivYar
The following is an update on the situation in the area from Kupyansk to ChasivYar.
In this area,
the Russians attacked 9 times in the direction of Kupyansk,
16 times along the Svatove-Kreminna line,
5 times around Sivelsk,
8 times around ChasivYar,
and 24 times in the direction of Toretsk.
Svatove-Kreminna line
To the east of Novoehorivka,
southwest of Svatovye,
the Ukrainian army counterattacked,
winning a positional battle and advancing slightly,
according to video footage with positional information.
The Ukrainian army attacked in the middle of the Russian offensive on Stelmachyukha in the north and on Makiiukha in the south.
What you are seeing is the 3rd Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Army,
and it is the position in the border forest shown on the map.
We have updated the battle map to show the Ukrainian army recapturing this border forest from disputed territory,
although the area is small.
Otherwise,
the battle map remained unchanged as the Russian offensive did not lead to any advance.
ChasivYar sector
1st.
On Kanal,
which is currently one of the biggest points of contention,
multiple intelligence reports combined indicate that Ukrainian forces have withdrawn from Kanal and that Kanal is now occupied by Russian forces.
A Ukrainian military battalion commander posted about it once on Telegram and deleted it shortly after posting,
but it was confirmed by a number of military bloggers,
and the Russian MoD also announced the occupation.
There is no specific video or other information,
but Kanal has also updated its battle map with red marks indicating the occupation,
claiming that the entire Kanal was occupied by Russian troops from the disputed area.
Kanal was finally occupied after five months of Russian troops starting their campaign around February.
2nd.
On the other side,
in Klishchiivka,
Ukrainian forces counterattacked and stormed the Russian positions and advanced in a mop-up operation.
The image you are seeing is of the Ukrainian Army's 93rd Mechanized Brigade,
and shows the location shown on the map.
The battle map has been updated to show the Ukrainian army recapturing this area from disputed territory.
The area is about 1.4 square kilometers.
The settlement of Andrivka has not been confirmed by the Russians,
and is also likely to be under Ukrainian control,
but we will update the battle map if we can confirm this.
Toretsk area
Russian forces are leading the attack and advancing in this sector,
but we have received some information that can be confirmed.
1st.
In Druzhba,
north of Pivnichniy,
the positional video shows Russian troops advancing and Ukrainian troops returning fire with drones.
The image you are seeing is from the Ukrainian side and shows the location shown on the map,
indicating that Russian forces have advanced to this area.
We have updated the battle map to show this location as partially occupied by Russian forces from disputed territory and Ukrainian-controlled territory.
2nd.
Conversely,
the Ukrainian army counterattacked with T80 tanks along the railroad to the south,
but the tanks were damaged by the Russian attack,
and then infantry deployed from the tanks,
but this counterattack failed to gain territory,
leaving the battle map unchanged.
3rd.
In the area of Artemove,
to the south,
the location of the Russian military front line is shown in the video,
as the Ukrainian army is conducting artillery and drone attacks on the mapped area,
according to the video with location data.
The image you are seeing is from the Ukrainian side and is part of the high-rise apartment complex shown on the map.
The Russian forces in this area consist of regulars of the 1st Corps and assault troops,
and since they are not expected to be able to conduct large-scale maneuvers,
they are thought to have advanced by repeated infantry assaults over the past few days.
The battle map has been updated to show the area occupied by the Russians from the disputed territory.
The area is about 3 square kilometers.
4th.
In Niuyoke,
after shelling the city,
the Russians advanced north along the Niuyoke River for about 4.5 kilometers,
claiming to have occupied the settlement of Yurivka.
The area is roughly circled in orange on the battle map,
but intelligence and war research institutes close to Ukraine have analyzed the possibility that some of this area was occupied by Russian troops.
We will review the battle map again once we have confirmation.
Southeast Donetsk Oblast
We will report on the war situation in the areas of Avdiivka,
Marinka,
and Velikanovosilka.
The weather in Avdiivka,
which will affect the operation,
is sunny.
minimum temperature of 21 degrees Celsius,
maximum temperature of 36 degrees Celsius.
Today's weather is also predicted to be hazy.
Avdiivka area
In this sector,
Russian troops have made 43 attacks in various directions,
especially in the vicinity of Ocheretiyne,
trying to enter Ukrainian positions in all directions,
but Ukrainian troops have repulsed them 31 times,
and 12 ground battles are continuing in Evhenivka and Novoeleksandrivka.
However,
the Ukrainian army's main defensive line is functioning,
and no Russian advance could be seen near Ocheretine.
Also,
in Novoselivka Persia to the south,
Ukrainian troops are shelling the area indicated on the map,
and we can confirm that Ukrainian troops are defending the area by entering the settlement.
There is no change in the battle map here either.
Other than that,
the Ukrainian army is defending against the Russian attack,
and there is no information on any change in the battle map,
despite the heavy Russian attack.
Marinka sector
In this sector,
the Russians launched 11 attacks,
but the Ukrainian army repulsed them,
except for the ongoing ground battles in Krasnohorivka.
1st.
In Krasnohorivka,
the positional video shows Russian troops advancing about 200 meters with losses,
under fire and drone attacks from Ukrainian troops.
The battle map updated the battle map as Russian troops occupied an area about 100 meters behind it from the disputed territory.
Second.
West of Sorodke,
where we reported in yesterday's video that the Russians had advanced,
we have updated the battle map to state that the Russians have advanced by about one field,
based on a combination of several pieces of information.
Berkanovo Shilka area.
There are no reports of Russian advance in this sector,
but there is information that Ukrainian forces have shelled Russian forces in Priutne on a large scale.
There are no changes to the battle map: BBBB
Rear areas
There is information that something is burning heavily in Kursk today,
but no details are available BBBB
South,
Zaporizhia Province
South,
province of Kherson.
There is unconfirmed information that Ukrainian forces have counterattacked in this direction in Pyatihatky,
and on the contrary,
Russian forces have attacked four times in Krinky,
all repulsed by Ukrainian forces,
as well as Ukrainian forces attacked Russian military headquarters outside Henichesk in HIMARS.
As a result,
two missiles hit and destroyed a two-story building used as a command center,
five people were called to hell,
and 12 people were wounded,
including the commander of the Dnepr Joint Forces,
Teplinsky.
This is a brief report on selected news about the situation in Ukraine.
You can also use YouTube's chapter feature to watch where you need to go.
1st.
Russia's most advanced missile destroyer,
the Serpukhov,
has been destroyed.
According to a press conference by the Ukrainian MoD's Intelligence Service,
a Russian soldier by the call sign "Goga," who served in the Russian Navy for 11 years,
had been spying since last year,
joining the "Free Russia" corps,
which seeks to free Russia from Putin's regime while in the Russian military.
When it was deemed unsafe to provide further information,
he destroyed the interior of the missile boat as a last resort,
and "Goga" defected to Ukraine with a large number of classified materials.
The method of destruction has not been disclosed,
but the ship's communication and automation systems were completely destroyed,
and even if they were repaired,
it would take a long time and be expensive.
Serpukhov is a Pouyan M-class missile boat launched in 2015,
making it the latest missile ship with the capability of launching calibre missiles.
Second.
Governor of the Central Bank of Russia,
Nabiullina,
speaking at the Bank of Russia Conference,
cited three problems facing the Russian economy: "Russia cannot grow.
These are the consequences of the war".
Nabiullina is known as the only person in Russia who can speak directly to President Putin.
According to his speech,
he admitted that the Russian economy is currently in the midst of a labor shortage,
lack of access to Western technology,
and lack of investment,
three things that have brought the economy to a standstill.
I have explained this several times in previous videos,
but just in case you get comments,
Russia's current high GDP growth is mainly due to war and weapons production and is not developmental or sustainable.
Returning to his speech,
President Nabiullina prefaced his remarks by saying that healthy economic growth requires increased labor productivity,
and increased labor productivity requires advances in technology,
and that Russia today is showing that healthy economic growth is not possible,
and that the war in Ukraine has made labor,
technology,
and He stated that neither labor,
technology nor investment can be expected due to the war in Ukraine.
The Central Bank of Russia has been warning about Russia's current economy,
with its deputy governor saying last month that "the Russian economy is dying," citing the inability to settle funds due to Western sanctions.
That's all for today.
Please feel free to leave your analysis of the war situation,

and your updates in the comments section.
