まずは全般的な事柄です
先程公表された、
ウクライナ軍の参謀本部の最新の発表によると、
ロシア軍の損失は、

となっています
戦線全体では、
一日で106回の地上戦の報告がありました
ロシアの軍事ジャーナリストのカシェヴァロワ氏は、
この損失について、
「ロシア軍は損失が多い上、
書類上では存在するはずの装備や物資は
盗まれて存在せず、
砲弾、
戦車、
資金から制服、
靴に至るまですべてが不足し、
休戦が必要なところまで迫られている

今日もアメリカから因縁めいた発言が届いています
まずCNNによると、
トランプ大統領は「ベセント財務長官がキーウを訪問した際、
失礼な扱いを受けた」と発言し、
「ゼレンスキー大統領は会談中に居眠りをしていたため、
ベセント長官は手ぶらで帰ってきた」と述べ、
「ゼレンスキー氏はアメリカのご馳走列車に乗っている」と批判しました
またウォルツ国家安全保障問題担当大統領補佐官は記者会見で、
「ウクライナから聞こえる発言はトランプ政権を侮辱している」と述べました
同氏はトランプ大統領がゼレンスキー大統領を独裁者と呼んだことについて質問された際、
直接答えず、
「ゼレンスキー氏には失望した」として次の2点を挙げました
一つ目は「アメリカ国民や納税者に対しもっと深い感謝の念を抱くべきだ」と述べ、
「率直に言ってトランプ大統領に対する侮辱は受け入れられない」と付け加えました
具体的にどの発言が侮辱にあたるかは明らかにしませんでした
次に鉱物資源協定を挙げ、
「数千億ドルを回収するのはアメリカの納税者に対する義務だ」と述べ、
署名を拒否したウクライナを批判しました
またキーウを訪問しているキースケロッグ氏は、
会談後の共同声明と共同会見を拒否しました
さらにトランプ大統領はロシアをG7に復帰させる提案をおこなったことに関連し、
フィナンシャルタイムズはG7が出す文書でロシアを侵略者と表記することを拒否したと伝えています
最後にウクライナ最高会議国防情報委員会のコステンコ委員長は、
ウクライナメディアで、
「アメリカによるウクライナへの兵器配送が停止された」と述べ、
「最終決定が出ていないため、
一部で出荷が見送られている」とここ最近のアメリカとの緊張関係が影響していることを説明しました

戦争のロシア勝利と制裁解除の期待から、
ルーブルは1ドル88.5ルーブルに上昇し、
アナリストは、
「このまま制裁が解除されれば、
1ドルは70ルーブルまで上昇する可能性がある」と期待感を示しました

双方が攻撃と奪還をおこなっているクルスクと、
ハルキウ方面の戦況についてお伝えします
○クルスク方面
作戦に影響を与えるクルスクの天気は、

今日の天気予報も、
晴れとなっています
この方面でRuzzian軍は11回の攻撃を行ないました
この方面に配置されているウクライナ軍の
第95空挺強襲旅団の第1空挺突撃大隊の
クラスノフ小隊長は、
ウクライナ陸軍のテレビに登場し、
クルスクの前線の状況について、
「敵は装備を使わず、
歩兵による前進で数え切れない負傷者が発生している
人間であれば何でも突撃させ、
囚人はもちろん、
コック、
負傷者も投入している
敵はなんとか状況を好転させようと
全力を尽くしている」と説明しました
1番目
ウクライナ領のピサリフカとユナキフカでは、
Ruzzian軍がドローンで偵察をおこない、
動くものすべてにドローンと大砲で攻撃をおこない、
ウクライナ軍の兵站に圧力をかけている情報があります

ニコルスキーの西の郊外では、
位置情報付きの映像によるとルジアンが
突撃をおこないました
ウクライナ軍は地図の境界森林で敵を発見し、
ドローンで座標を特定して先制して
クラスター砲弾と高爆発破片弾を使用して
効率よく撃退しました
ご覧いただいているのはウクライナ軍の
第47機械化旅団のもので、
14歳以下のお子様が見て真似しないように
一定の編集をしていますが、
地図の場所で休んでいるルジアンの様子となっています
地図ではルジアンの撃退地点が
1か月前より1.5キロ後退していることもわかります
3番目
プレフォボ南東10キロのウクライナ国境では、
Ruzzian軍がウクライナ領内に侵攻しましたが、
この攻撃はウクライナ軍により撃退されました
映像はウクライナ側のもので、
Ruzzian軍が装甲車両で前進し歩兵が
展開する様子となっています
これらを含めていまのところ戦況図に
影響のある情報はありませんが、
未確認情報でスヴェルドリコヴォで
Ruzzian軍がわずかに前進したとの情報がありますので、
こちらは確認が取れれば戦況図に反映します
○ハルキウ方面
この方面でルジアンは5回攻撃をおこないましたが、
ウクライナ軍が撃退し、
戦況図に変更はありませんでした
ヴォフチャンスクでは、
詳細な場所は不明ですが、
Ruzzian軍が機械化攻撃をおこないましたが、
ウクライナ軍の罠にかかり、
Ruzzian軍は兵士30人、
装甲車両2両の損失を出して撃退された情報があります
記事によると、
ウクライナ軍は6人で撃退し、
空軍から配置転換した部隊が活躍したとのことです
●北東部 ルハンスク州方面
●東部 チャシフヤール方面
クピャンスクから、
チャシフヤール方面の戦況についてお伝えします
この方面でルジアンは、
クピャンスク方面で3回、
スバトベ・クレミンナ線で12回、
シベルスク周辺で1回、
チャシフヤール方面は3回、
トレツクの方向で13回
攻撃を行ないました
○チャシフヤール方面
この方面でルジアンは、
市街地で前進がとまり、
郊外で攻撃を活発化させているようです
そのうちチャシフヤールの北にあるフリホリフカでは、
位置情報付きの映像によると、
ルジアンが集落に向けて攻撃をおこない、
集落の複数の箇所で旗を掲げて占領を主張しました
ご覧いただいているのはルジアン側のもので、
地図の家の前の様子となっています
戦況図ではフリホリフカの集落を
ルジアンが占領したとして更新しました
面積は1.5平方キロになります
○トレツク方面
トレツク市内では、
戦況図に変更はありませんが、
ウクライナ軍はトレツク市街地で
ドローンで圧倒しています
参考までにその攻撃位置を結んだ線を
戦況図に記載しました
ルジアンの支配地域が
全体的に500メートルほど縮小し、
ルジアンは苦戦を余儀なくされています
●南東部 ドネツク州
ポクロフスク、
コスティアンティノピル、
ヴェリカノボシルカ方面の戦況についてお伝えします
この方面でルジアンは、
ポクロフスク方面では26回、
コスティアンティノピル、
ヴェリカノボシルカ方面で13回
攻撃をおこないました
昨日の動画からクラホフにかわり
コスティアンティノピルと呼んでいます
○ポクロフスク方面
この方面ではルジアンは歩兵の突撃を行ない、
反対にウクライナ軍は防衛に重要な地点で
反撃をおこなっています
ウクライナ軍のトレフボフ報道官は、
ウクライナのユナイテッドニュースに登場し、
「ウクライナ軍が最近反撃に成功し、
敵は資源が限られてきた
そのため勢いは若干弱まり、
残っている部隊で再編成をおこないながら
攻撃をおこなっている」と述べました
また、
国家警備隊第14チェルヴォナカリーナ旅団の
バクリン情報将校は、
陸軍テレビで「状況は安定し、
敵は疲労と天候のために装備が使用できず、
人力で攻撃をおこなっている
また通信手段が途絶えているため、
連携した作戦もおこなえない」と述べ、
車両を使わず歩兵による
単純な突撃作戦をおこなっていることを説明しました

ポクロフスク西側のゼレネポールでは、
未確認の情報ですが、
ルジアンが攻撃をおこない、
集落に迫っている情報がありますが、
こちらは確認が取れれば再度戦況図を更新します

ポクロフスクのすぐ南のリシフカでは、
2月5日にウクライナ軍が反撃をおこない
一部地域を奪還しましたが、
その後もルジアンが補給を受けられず
弱体化しています
位置情報付きの映像と複数の情報を総合すると、
ウクライナ軍が集落の東側で反撃し、
ルジアンが昨年9月の場所まで後退しました
戦況図では、
ウクライナ軍が1キロほど前進し、
この場所にあった防衛線を奪還したとして
戦況図を更新しました
またリシフカの東側でも、
隣のダチェンスケの間の係争地も
ウクライナ軍が奪還したとして更新しました
面積はあわせて1.5平方キロになります
3番目
コトリネの集落北東にある鉱山施設では、
17日にウクライナ軍が掃討作戦をおこない、
いったんはルジアンを排除しましたが、
その後ルジアンは再び施設に入り込みました
ウクライナ軍はドローンで応戦しています
ご覧いただいているのはウクライナ軍の
スカラットグループの撮影したもので、
地図の場所にいるルジアンを
観察している所となっています
この施設は現在ルジアンが占拠していますが、
ルジアンが集まってきたところで
再びウクライナ軍が掃討することも考えられることから、
今のところは戦況図に変更はありません
4番目
西側正面のザポリージャ村では、
ウクライナ軍が反撃をおこない、
Ruzzian軍が待ち伏せ攻撃をおこないました
ご覧いただいているのはウクライナ軍の
第225機械化旅団のもので、
地図の場所でブラッドレー歩兵戦闘車が集落に近づき、
Ruzzian軍の歩兵戦闘車を破壊しましたが、
待ち伏せ攻撃に気づき、
撤収している様子の一部となっています
ちなみに以前は第225突撃大隊と呼んでいましたが、
最近旅団に格上げされました
今のところは戦況図に変更はありません
○コスティアンティノピル方面
この方面でRuzzian軍は兵力を
かき集めて戦力を集中させ、
ウクライナ軍の突出部を攻撃し、
ウクライナ軍はコスティアンティノピルに
後退して防衛をおこなっています
Ruzzian軍の攻撃は成果がありませんでしたが、
戦況図では、
ウクライナ軍が撤退したことに伴い、
ウラクリーの東側一帯はRuzzian軍が
占領したとして更新しました
面積は10平方キロになります
○ヴェリカノボシルカ方面
この方面ではルジアンが前進し、
ウクライナ軍が徐々に後退しながら損害を与えています
そのうちノヴォオチェレツヴェートの地図の場所では、
ウクライナ軍が撤退したところにルジアンが前進し、
旗を掲げて占領を主張しました
戦況図ではその範囲を係争地からルジアンが
占領したとして更新しました
この場所は川があり、
ウクライナ軍の防衛線が途切れていることから、
Ruzzian軍はここが弱点とみているようです
面積は2平方キロになります
●後方地域
1番目
昨日お伝えしたモスクワ科学アカデミーの
精密機械研究所は全焼しました
この研究所は、
ミサイルの防衛と早期警戒、
宇宙管制システムに関する
電子モジュールの開発と製造、
治安部隊向けにインターネットや
携帯電話の監視システムの開発を
おこなっているとのことです
2番目
ベルジャンスクでは、
占領当局の副長官だった
ユリエヴィッチの乗っていた灰色の
ルノーダスターが爆発し、
車が全焼しました
ウクライナ主要情報総局GURでは、
