Global Manager Protection in Japan(GMP program)

You would think that with all the tools and services out there, expressing your thoughts would be easy. Not the case. To my knowledge, there are few services that let managers complain about their work without fear of consequences.

“Internal problems and criticisms cause far more damage and stress than external ones which are often not very important.”

The above is the general reaction from managers in response to my comments.

Pay attention to your inner voice and look after your mental health by speaking out. More listeners are needed to provide such service.

As a beta service, I will offer to listen to global managers in Japan in 15 minute increments. As an attorney, I am bound by the duty of confidentiality which provides more security compared to other services.
