"404 Not Found" trouble caused by IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency) itself in March
According to the business brochure, the IPA is "as a policy implementation agency of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (omission), an organization whose responsibility is to truly enrich people's lives through the promotion of the use of digital technology."
In the pamphlet, it says, "We provide a 'place' where people and information gather to create a revolution." Is it okay for a government agency to instigate a "revolution"?
Well, aside from that, I think that IPA is known to examinees as an institution that administers information processing tests such as "IT Passport".
IPA itself, which promotes IT, caused system trouble.
The details of this trouble are in the Nikkei Crosstech article, so I think you should take a look at it.
What bothered me was that IPA released on Friday and IPA's contact person wasn't there over the weekend.
Why did IPA make system changes on Friday? Were they underestimating that there would be no problems? An apology is posted for the IPA, but no explanation as to why it was released on Friday. Someone who doesn't know much about system migration probably runs the IPA system. Before saying "revolution", I want IPA to follow the basic rules firmly.
