富士通といい、自由民主党といい
去年、複数の自治体で、富士通Ｊａｐａｎのコンビニ交付システムが、トラブルを起こし、点検のために停止したことについて、何回か取り上げた。
今年１月に、「富士通のサイトを見ても、総点検が終わって、富士通のシステムを使っているすべての市町村で、正常稼働しているという記事は無い。最初の対応も、途中の対応の仕方もひどかったが、対応を完了したという報告も無い。全く、しまらない企業だ。」とこの記事で書いた。
ようやく、この問題は収束したのかと思ったが、そうではなかった。富士通は今年も、去年と同じ過ちを犯した。
2024年4月4日に高松市様において、「Fujitsu MICJET コンビニ交付」で、申請された方とは異なる住民の方の住民票の写しが発行される事象が発生いたしました。高松市様および住民の皆様、関係者の皆様には多大なるご迷惑、ご心配をお掛けしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
本事象の原因は、複数サーバーでシステムを構成している高松市様向けに、本来はその構成に応じたプログラムを適用すべきところを、誤って単一サーバー構成向けのプログラムを適用していたことによるものです。現在は既に正しいプログラムを適用し、高松市様において正常に動作することを確認しております。
また、高松市様と同一構成の団体様について同様の問題が発生しないことを確認済みです。加えて、全ての団体様において本事象に関係のないプログラムも含め、全てのプログラムが適切に適用されていることについても確認が完了しております。
今回の事象を重く受け止め、あらためて深くお詫び申し上げるとともに、全力を挙げて再発防止に努めてまいります。
この記事によると、総務省の松本大臣は、富士通のトラブルについて「率直に言ってがくぜんとする」と述べたそうだ。
私はもちろん富士通のひどさに呆れているが、自由民主党議員たちの政治資金に関する所業には、まさしく愕然としている。
そして、今の内閣への支持率がいまだに２０％以上あることにも。

総務省は、富士通に行政指導を行ったが、このありさまでは今後も再発防止は無理だろう、政治資金のまっとうな管理ができない自由民主党と同様に。
富士通の言う「セキュア」は、毎年のようにトラブルを起こす程度の水準なのだから。
Why are Fujitsu and the Liberal Democratic Party so dysfunctional?
Last year, I wrote several times about how Fujitsu Japan's convenience store delivery system ran into trouble in several local governments and was shut down for inspection.
In January of this year, "Even if you look at Fujitsu's website, there is no article stating that a comprehensive inspection has been completed and that all municipalities using Fujitsu's system are operating normally. Both the initial response and the interim response were terrible, but there are no reports that the response has been completed. This is a company with absolutely no sincerity," I wrote in the article.
I thought the problem was finally over, but it wasn't. Fujitsu made the same mistake this year as last year.
April 16, 2024- On April 4th, in Takamatsu City, it was discovered that the Fujitsu MICJET Convenience Store Issuance system issued a residence certificate for a different resident than the one applied for. We apologize to Takamatsu City, local residents, and all concerned for the inconvenience and concern caused as a result of the incident. The cause of this incident was that a program for a single-server configuration was mistakenly applied instead of the correct program for Takamatsu City, which hosts a multi-server system configuration. Fujitsu has already applied the correct program and confirmed that it works properly for Takamatsu City. We have also confirmed that the same issue does not occur for organizations with the same configuration as the system used in Takamatsu City. All organizations using the solution have additionally confirmed that all programs, including those not related to this specific incident, are being applied appropriately. We once again regret the inconvenience caused and will take all measures necessary to prevent a recurrence.
According to this article, Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Matsumoto said, "Frankly, I am appalled" by Fujitsu's troubles.
Of course I am appalled at Fujitsu's awfulness, but I am truly appalled by the conduct of Liberal Democratic Party members regarding political funds.
I am also shocked that the current cabinet's approval rating is still over 20%.
The earth is kind to me today too.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has given Fujitsu administrative guidance, but with the current state of things, it will be impossible to prevent a recurrence in the future, just like the Liberal Democratic Party, which is unable to properly manage political funds.
What Fujitsu calls "secure" is a level that causes problems every year.
