犬の小便の始末または．．．
散歩していたら、小犬の小便したところに、飼い主がペットボトルの水をかけていた。
一見良さそうな行為だが、これについてのアンケート記事を発見した（こんなことにもアンケートが行われていることにいささか驚く）。
これによると、４００人中約８割の飼い主が、水をかけるのに賛成だそうだが、中には自己批判する人もいる。
「水をかけた分広がってしまうかな？」と思うが、水をかけたことでマナーを守っているような自己満足
一方、犬から見たら、せっかくなわばりを設定したのに、なんでこんなことをするんだ、と思っているかもしれない。
さらに検索すると、こんな記事もあったりします。

でも、私はまだ、このようなことをする飼い主を見たことはありません。
生き物の世話をするのは手間のかかることです。
ところで、屋外で働く職業の人も、「自然の欲求」への対処に苦労しています。
ローレンス・ブロックの小説で描写されているように、アメリカでも、探偵が張り込むときの必需品は同じでした。
また、『あの病気』が流行っていた８月頃、救急車はほとんど出ずっぱりでした。救急隊員の方々も苦労されていました。
一方、コンビニエンスストアの側としては、維持費もかかるし、エチケットを守らない利用者も多くて、困っているそうです。
