81.Eleanor Roosevelt（エレノア・ルーズベルト）19-20世紀、米国の政治家であり元ファースト・レディ。セオドア・ルーズベルトの姪であったエノレアは遠縁にあたるフランクリン・ルーズベルト（FDR）と結婚し、やがて大統領夫人となる。FDRは女癖が悪く、女性秘書と愛人関係にあったが、彼女はそれを容認し、大統領在職中、彼を励まし、時には演説も行った。また、彼に代わって、戦場や病棟を訪問し、兵士たちを勇気づけた。彼女は、アフリカ系アメリカ人の公民権運動を支援した。夫の死後の1945年～1952年まで米国の国連代表を務めた。彼女は世界で最も尊敬される女性の一人となった。
