Identifying Root Causes: Before asking participants, first let ChatGPT analyze potential missing causes.
Generating Innovative Solutions: ChatGPT can propose alternative perspectives beyond conventional ideas.
Validating Existing Solutions: AI can review proposed solutions, ensuring completeness and referencing successful case studies.
Real-World Application: AI-Driven Problem-Solving
We applied ChatGPT to past client challenges, using it to validate root causes and solutions. The result? Higher-quality problem resolution in significantly less time.
