What is Project Leadership?

⏩My Background in Driving Business Transformation

As a consultant in IBM’s business division, I led over 70 business transformation projects for clients across industries. After retiring from IBM, I was recruited by Panasonic, where I helped execute large-scale initiatives. Since then, I have independently provided consulting services and leadership seminars on business transformation, primarily in Kyoto.

Through this series, I aim to share my insights, methodologies, and best practices for successfully leading projects to completion.
