It is hard for people to persuade others to do something. These people may say “ Please do it!”. However others are not willing to do it in reality. Then, how to make them work voluntarily? The answer is to tell them why you are here. You don’t need to say “ Do it quickly!”. Rather, you just say “ You are here because you have a role in this work.” This kind of technique focuses not on “What” but on “Why”. Therefore, it is important to consider “Why” if you want to win the people.
