Realization of the day2

original

Today I attended job interview in my company.
I found some tips for understanding applicants in job interview.
First, it’s important to ask vague questions to applicants.
There is a reason why I ask vague questions.
If applicants have flexibility, they can respond in vague questions. If they can’t respond, I suppose they are not good at acting under ambiguous circumstances.

Second, it’s important to make good relationships with applicants. Because if we can make good relationships with applicants, they talk to us about themselves frankly. Therefore I have to find good points of applicants, and deliver them what points I feel good. Then they recognize me to understand them, and they have good impression of me.

I have more tips, but I don’t have time now. So I’ll write when I feel like it.

Today, I attended a job interview in my company.
I found some tips for understanding applicants during a job interview.
First, it's important to ask vague questions to applicants. There is a reason why I ask vague questions. If applicants have flexibility, they can respond to vague questions. If they can't respond, I assume they are not good at handling ambiguous circumstances.
Second, it's important to build a good rapport with applicants. If we can establish a good relationship with them, they will talk to us about themselves honestly. Therefore, I need to identify the good points of applicants and communicate to them the points I feel good about. Then, they will recognize that I understand them, and they will have a good impression of me.
I have more tips, but I don't have time now. I'll write about them when I feel like it.
