アドバンテスト株主総会で宣伝活動を行いました
私たち総合サポートユニオンは、2023年6月27日に、開催された株式会社アドバンテストの株主総会で宣伝行動を行いました。アドバンテストは国から請け負ったプロジェクトで、プロジェクトメンバ５名のうち、４名に持ち帰り残業を行わせました。これにより労働災害が発生しました。宣伝行動はアドバンテストが労働災害の責任を認めないことに対する抗議のため行われました。
アドバンテストは、労働者に持ち帰り残業をさせた責任を認め、労働者が安全に働ける環境を整えるべきです。
On June 27, 2023, we, the General Support Union, held a publicity action at the shareholders' meeting of Advantest Corporation. Advantest had four of the five project members work take-home overtime on a project contracted by the government. This resulted in an industrial accident. The publicity action was held to protest Advantest's refusal to accept responsibility for the work-related accidents.
Advantest should accept responsibility for allowing workers to work take-home overtime and create a safe working environment for workers.
