リモートワークは結局のところ対面での仕事には敵わないという文章を読んだ。経営者にもよるのだろうが連絡ミスによる混乱は面と向かって誤解を解いた方が速いとのこと。もちろんメールのやり取りは文字の記録が残っているので確認しやすい。
An online article says that remote work fails to outweigh the in person engagement system, after all, whether the former functions profitably or the latter works well might depend on the managers’ attitude toward the business.
However, common communicative mistakes might not be inevitable, which is why we need opportunities to have conversations face to face because our direct discussion could solve various misunderstandings in a short while.
It is natural that the communication via emails should be convenient because they could record what we wrote, which would be useful to find what caused the confusion.
リモートワークにはいろんなメリットがある。ラッシュアワーの満員電車に揺られることがない。昼食をコンビニ弁当で済ませる習慣も回避できる。添加物が多いものは食べない方が良い。また適度に休憩を取りながら自分のペースで進められる。
When we work on something essential at home, we could enjoy a tremendously large number of advantages : it is unnecessary to suffer from something uncomfortable in the crowded train during the rush hours, we could avoid eating lunchbox we buy at the convenience store, which contains various kinds of chemical substances in order to prevent its ingredients from going bad, simultaneously, we could make superior progresses according to our own pace, which enables us to gain moderate breaks, whose benefits we cannot enjoy at the office surroundings.
リモートワークはパンデミックの時期に社会的距離を保つための一時的なものだと考えられていたがメリットが複数あるなら継続するべきだ。ただ人間社会の基本は対面である。対面によるパワハラほど精神に支障をきたすものはないのだけれども。
During the pandemic periods, remote work systems were adopted in various businesses in order to keep proper social distances, which was considered as something temporary, however, numerous ordinary workers would admire their potentials when such systems might include several advantages, as a result, working at home should continue to be something profitable and beneficial.
But we might be rescued from our loneliness and solitude when we interact with each other face to face, which is the very fundamentals in our society, while malicious and disappointing supervisors’ direct harassments toward their subordinates fail to make positive contributions to our performances in the mental viewpoint, to our sorrow.
