昼ご飯「ラーメン店の味噌バタートッピングの話」

My favorite lunchtime dishes is ramen with butter.
I have found an ideal shop with too professional a cook.

週に数回ほど通うラーメン屋がある。昼前に行って味噌ラーメンを頼む。麺は大盛りにして、バターをトッピングして、スープでライスを食べる。店を出て、うますぎると心の中で言う。
My routine is to visit a ramen shop nearby and eat ramen with miso and butter, which makes me an emperor or a king.
Just before noon, I come here and it, finally I eat rice with soup, the taste of which is delicious with butter flavored.
Sometimes I feel in my mind that I was born to eat this ramen, I am alive to eat this ramen, the location of which is terrific and satisfactory to me, we agree.

これはルーティーンだ。毎日行くわけではない。実は1023円のコストがかかる。昼ご飯は800円以内に収めたいのだが、あまりにも味噌バターラーメンが美味しすぎて辞められない。
This is my routine, but I don’t visit there every day.
In fact, it costs 1023 yen, but my wish is that my lunch costs about 800 yen, but it seems almost impossible for me to realize this cost reduction because this lunch is too delicious for me to stop eating.

札幌ラーメンは道産子ラーメンとも呼ばれる。福山にも美味しい店がある。しかし自宅から車で数分の地域にある店には敵わない。店主に言ったら、恐らく嬉しすぎて涙ものだろうなあ。
Sapporo Ramen is also called “Dosanko Ramen,” and we could enjoy it in Fukuyama in Hiroshima prefecture.
But this shop’s ramen couldn’t outweigh the one offered by the shop nearby.
The cook would feel so comfortable and pleasant that he might dance to the music when I say this positive and supportive comments to him directly,

どうしてあんなに美味しいのか分からない。ネット通販で札幌ラーメンを買って、自宅で作ってもあの味は出せないだろう。買うなら生ラーメンだ。乾麺ではあの食感はないはずだから。
Always I wonder what a delicious ramen he offers to me.
It is almost impossible for me to make ramen like what he cooks for myself even when I purchase a similar ramen set online.
I would like to purchase a raw ramen because a dry ramen cannot provide me with this sense of bite.

昼前に行くから、他の客がいないこともある。会話はありそうでない。店主は厨房でタバコを吸うこともある。昭和を感じさせる。それ大丈夫かい？俺だけならええけど。奥さんも吸う。
I visit there just before noon, so there are only a few customers.
We have no conversation with each other, which might be unexpected.
Sometimes a master smokes in the kitchen, when I feel like I am in the “Showa Period,” which makes me worried about the rumor or reputation of this shop.
I don’t dislike his behavior, but his wife smoke, too.

I wouldn’t become tired of this ramen he serves.
He puts a little more miso and butter into the ramen.
