広島市の近郊にある彼の地域には複数の公民館がある。たまにそこで英作文に没頭する。暇な時間潰しとして有意義である。夏は冷房が効き過ぎて風邪を引きそうになる。冬は暑すぎる。

先日のこと。彼は偶然にも大好きな著者の有名な自伝「1969」をそこで見つけた。そこに出てくる主人公は今でも彼の理想の人物だ。必要のないものは捨てて楽しく生きていこうと言う。

その主人公の発言で大好きなものがある。数人の教員を含むほとんどの大人たちは自分から大事なものを奪おうとした。絶対に許したりはしない。復讐は彼らよりも楽しく生きることだ。
One of the main character’s favorite utterances is that almost all adults including several teachers tried to deprive him of something vital and significant, whom he doesn’t absolutely have any intentions to forgive.
In order to realize this target, he continues to pursue what satisfies and entertains himself without fail.
