富裕層「富が平等に分配できない社会は崩壊する話」

I have a certain amount of money in the bank account.
But I cannot waste money because I want to buy it.

日本にはお金がある。だが政府は借金があると言う。日本には富裕層が多くいる。彼らのお金は減らない。政府が守るから。その代わりに彼らも献金する。
Japan fails to lack money, but the government says that our nation suffers from a large amount of debt.
There are numerous jet-setters in our society, the number of which is the second position around the globe, which is difficult for us to believe.
Their money wouldn’t decrease because the government protects their properties, in return, they must make donates to the government party without fail.

富裕層を定義すると、１億円以上の資産のある人だそうだ。そのくらいになると富裕層もそんなにいないだろうと考えがちだ。サラリーマンの生涯収入くらいかな。
We define a jet-setter as this : a citizen who possesses more than 100 million yen and could always invest it.
Such a citizen is unlikely to exit in Japan, we assume.
It takes an ordinary businessman about four decades to obtain such money until his or her retirement.

その富裕層の数は全世界的に見たら、日本は２位らしい。フランスの統計会社が公表している。累進課税の税率をもっと上げたら税収も困らなくて済むはず。
The number of such jet-setters is located on the second position in the world, a French statistic says.
The government would obtain much more revenue when they should raise the progression taxation rate.
This would help them in the financial viewpoint.

だが政府はお金を持ってない庶民から消費税という名目で徴収して、富裕層から回収し損ねている分を埋め合わせているわけだ。取るところを間違えている。
However, the government collects more consumption taxes from ordinary citizens in need, so that they could compensate for the loss of the budget by collecting less taxes from the profitable enterprises, corporations and general contractors.
They could collect money from ordinary citizens, which is disgusting and uncomfortable mistake.

政府とは自民党と舎弟の公明党だ。後者はお布施を集めるので運営資金は潤沢だ。日本の宗教なので韓国に流出しない分だけマシなのだろうけどね。
The government is composed of the LDP Diet members and the following party counterparts.
The latter party has a large amount of money collected from numerous faithful believers as donations.
This organization is from Japan, which we don’t have to worry about too much.

富の分配と必要経費の回収が平等ではない。これこそが不況の元凶だ。だが政権交代は自民党の支持団体も困る。それは付き合いが長い腐れ縁と言えよう。
The government fails to distribute their wealth equally to ordinary citizens in our society, and cannot collect the taxation equally, which never fail to cause this terrible and unpleasant recession, we assume.
But the supportive organizations of LDP find it critical affairs when the regime change occurs because both organizations have had one-on-one relationships for a long time since 1950’s.

We will learn the result of Tokyo governor’s election.
We wish that enthusiastic emotion outweighs money.
