カクカタレリの第四弾シングル『灯火光り』は、ドイツを代表する文豪ゲーテが語った人生訓的格言を各々組み合わせ、新たな詞の世界を織り上げた独創的な作品。
独特な清涼感を湛えた中世ヨーロッパの教会旋法の一つミクソリディア旋法(ミクソリディアン・スケール)の旋律を随所に活かしながら“プログレッシブ・ロック”的要素を絡め、弦楽四重奏の響きとハードなリフを刻むギター、ベース、ドラムの３ピースが融合。壮麗なサウンドを展開します。

The 4th tune of KAKU KATARERI "Tomoshibi hikari -The Gleam of Light-". We compose this song with one of Gregorian modes "Mixolydian mode" partially. The arrangement is based on Audio-Oriented Rock but also has the taste of 70's progressive rock using irregular meter partly. To mix the timbre of power trio (guitar, bass and drums) with chamber music, we use the string quartet. The lyrics sung in Japanese are improvised from famous aphoristic words of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
