Harushika “春鹿” Jyunmai Ginjyo 2
This is a pure sake with 40% of rice polished away, and has 15% of an alcohol content.
The brand name “Harushika” comes from the deer of “Kasugataisha” Shrine in Nara. Based on a mythology, it’s said that the deer was messengers that deities sent to our world. This sake was named from its mythology. So I think this sake is kind of sacred.
Anyway, for everyone, cheers !
