It tastes quite sharp, and makes me supervised at spreading its alcohol in my mouth. The taste runs throughout my mouth rapidly. I wonder it’s a kind of magic. This is a sake that I want to drink again and again.

        It tastes a bit mellow first, but quite sharp later. What a wonderful taste ! I’m sure this could be one of my bests. I like more !

        • Harushika “春鹿” Onikiri extra dry sake 4

          The label says this brand has a limited edition called “Ao no Onikiri” in summer. Ao means Blue in Japanese. I guess the word of “Ao” expresses cool. It could make us cool when having it ! I’d really like to have its edition next year.

          The sub name of this sake “Onikiri” literally means killing demon with a sword. It reminds the Japanese of a taste of far super dry. What a unique name !  Oh, I grab it again !

          This is categorized into Junmai, meaning pure sake with no milling rate specified. And It has 18% of an alcohol content, so it’s quite stronger than others. What a nice sake it is !  I love it !

          It tastes very dry and crisp. I really like its clear taste! Also, the label is quite cool. The kanji in red shows Oni, meaning a demon.

          This sake is brewed from the rice & the koji mold produced locally in Nara. It’s really special ! Also “Yamadanishiki”, top quality rice is used for it. What a nice sake this is !

          This is a limited in summer season. It tastes sweet and mature. This is just rice sweetness. I really like it !

          This has just 5% of an alcohol content, so it’s not strong. It’s good for those who don’t drink alcohol a lot. It’s really tasty. Give it a try!

          I guess this is one of new waves unlike traditional ones, and it’s good with a light meal. Awa “あわ“ refers to Sparkling. What a nice name it is !

          This a light and refreshing sake. It tastes really sweet and fruity like a cocktail. I’ve never had a sparkling one. Fantastic!

          This is categorized into Ginjyo, meaning quality sake. It’s a sake with at least 40% of rice polished away. What a tasty sake this is! I like it.
