【研究メモ】組織開発が持つ“世界観”のどこに惹かれるのか?~Rothwell et al. (2015) Practicing Organization Development: Leading Transformation and Change; Introduction からの学び

Penn State Universityの Rothwell教授<https://ed.psu.edu/directory/dr-william-rothwell>ら編著の、Practicing Organization Development: Leading Transformation and Changeという書籍があります。

長らく積読になっていたのですが(データですが・・・TB級の積読 苦笑)、機会があって改めて見てみると、豊富な研究と実践の経験を持つ、Rothwell教授らがまとめた書籍だけあって、とてもバランスのいい内容のように感じました!(目次、後ろに記載しておきます)

※Handbook? 書籍?的な形態なのですが、立教の学生さんは、おそらく、学生アカウントがあれば、各チャプターをダウンロードできると思います。大学に籍があるの、ありがたいですね!最強!
Introductionの中で、特に気になったポイントを抜粋してみます。

改めて、ODの全体像について理解するとともに、自分がなぜODに惹かれるのか? その大切にしている世界観を再認識することができました。

個別のアプリケーションについて学びを深めることも大事ですが、定期的に、こういう概要的なことに触れる時間も取っていきたいなと思いました!
