I have been enjoying talking with one of my colleagues about health.
She likes healthy stuff and she is interested in “kasane-ni” which is one of the cooking preparations called “overlay boiling cooking”.

Today, 3 of my colleagues and I joined the cooking lesson that Reiko-san held.

Every time I learn new recipes.
Of course I got a lot of recipes this time as well!
Also my colleagues looked very happy to know it...
