Sachi's Bread

Our bakery policy is HEALTHY & YUMMY. All of our bread is made with natural yeast (sourdough, raisin yeast, etc.) without any additives. Natural yeast bread has a special flavor and taste, is easy to digest, and has probiotic qualities that are good for you. Also we have Japanese style bread with American ingredients. Enjoy healthy and delicious bread from Baker Sachi.

Homemade Natural Yeast

Recommended way to eat Sachi's bread

🍞Simple breads such as sourdough bread and shokupan (Japanese white bread) will have a crunchy texture on the outside and a chewy texture on the inside if you toast lightly.　
🍞Toast bread with dried fruits and nuts at a low temperature as it tends to burn
🍞If the bread gets dry and hard, spray a little water on the surface, then toast it to make it delicious.　
🍞When stored at room temperature, consume within 3 days.　
🍞Can be frozen and stored for up to 2 weeks. Slicing before freezing is convenient because you can take out only the necessary amount.

Handmade Beeswax Wrap

Beeswax has natural antibiotic properties, so it helps to protect your food. We recommend to use it for wrapping sandwiches for your lunch, or to store bread on the counter. you can also use to wrap other foods such as cheese, vegetable, fruits.

About Sachi

She is experienced as a baker for 14 years in Japan. Baking is her passion, and she wants to introduce Japanese bread to Americans. Japanese bread is made with many kinds of ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, cheese, beans, meat...etc. She also makes fillings and features different types of special bread every week.
