Once complications become apparent, blood sugar levels become meaningless
We must face the reality that blood sugar control alone cannot stop the progression of the disease
In #diabetes (type 2), as complications progress, medication becomes less and less effective.
No matter how many times you check your numbers, the complications will continue to progress regardless.
In that situation, all you have to do is face your body's reactions and details.
You have no choice but to either silently accept the situation, or think about something and take action.
We will not be offering advice or solutions to the former group here.
On the contrary, we hope to be able to share information with the latter group.
About my research
The research I am conducting is titled #Avoiding amputations due to foot gangrene caused by type 2 diabetes.
For me, the problem is not high blood sugar levels, but I have been thinking for the past 14 years about why blood sugar levels become high.
One answer is the relationship between the blockage or inhibition of blood flow and the kidneys.
The artery (descending aorta) that normally sends blood from the heart to the lower body also supplies the kidneys along the way.
When foot gangrene has developed, the condition is almost the same in both legs, and the artery splits into two at the buttocks.
The kidneys are located just before it splits into two.
If there is a change in the arteries below the kidneys, it will naturally affect the kidneys.
In particular, if the flow becomes poor, blood temperature will definitely drop.
The adrenal cortex in the kidneys also contains a hormone called cortisol that raises blood sugar levels.
If the adrenal cortex senses that the body temperature has dropped, #cortisol will inevitably command the liver to release sugar in order to raise the body temperature. (The liver is responsible for raising blood sugar levels in actual sugar metabolism.)
By the way, #glucose metabolism is the first metabolism to raise the body temperature.
This is because sugar metabolism is a fast reaction of the body and can raise the body temperature instantly.
As a result, the blood vessels become filled with glucose, which is a type of sugar. This state is called hyperglycemia, and is what we call diabetes.
If you think that the pressure on the blood vessels caused by sitting for long periods of time inhibits blood flow, and the temperature of the blood flowing to the kidneys drops, everything is connected.
As proof of this, if you develop type 2 diabetes and continue to live a sedentary lifestyle, the symptoms will get worse and worse.
From this, it was concluded in this study that massaging the blood vessels in the lower limbs is effective.
This also shows that medication cannot be used to treat this condition.
Furthermore, it is actually not possible to massage the blood vessels directly, so the massage is done through the surrounding tissue.
This massage is called #kajumassage , and is a softer method of massage than the usual pressure massage.
What actually happened?
By performing the Kaju massage, blood flow to the feet is already restored on the first day. (However, it soon becomes blocked.)
You can see that this condition gradually improves until the fifth day.
Until then, I had to wear socks even in summer, my feet would stay cold even under the covers, and the numbness and pain continued for 24 hours, but by the tenth day, this had almost completely disappeared.
In particular, the pain had almost completely disappeared by the first five days, and by the tenth day it was completely gone.
By the tenth day, only a slight amount of numbness remained at the fingertips and base of the feet, and at the same time, after ten days, the scleroderma on the soles of the feet (the feeling that the skin on the feet becomes thick and rough) had almost completely disappeared.
Because of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, I cannot provide any detailed explanations on this NOTE, but the characteristic of this Kaju massage is that you can do it yourself to a certain extent.
Of course, it is difficult to do everything by yourself, but you can relieve pain by yourself.
In that sense, I believe that amputation of the leg due to gangrene can be avoided by visiting an osteopathic or chiropractic clinic that specializes in massage for the first 10 days, and then two to three times a week thereafter.
I hope that this will free patients from the threat of death and also reduce the risk of progression to nephropathy.
I am personally conducting this kind of research.
Will other symptoms improve?
That is the main reason why we want to move forward with large-scale clinical trials.
However, in reality, it is unlikely that we will be able to receive support from institutions, doctors, and clinics specializing in diabetes here in Japan.
The reason is probably obvious, but if things continue as they are, type 2 diabetes patients will be left to die.
This should be avoided.
I am currently participating in the international organization Cochrane.
Cochrane is a UK national volunteer organization specializing in medical care.
I have submitted a paper there and am currently waiting for co-authors.
I am looking for co-authors worldwide because I don't think I can get cooperation in Japan.
In the current medical world, there is a strong rejection of non-drug diabetes treatment, and the reality is that it has not progressed at all in Japan.
Of course, there is no support for research and development funds, and I am currently running off my own money, so to be honest, I am in agony without expanding my scope of activities.
I would like to ask those who are currently suffering from foot gangrene and facing dialysis to share information and support me with research funds.
Based on the research I have done so far, I will provide information on which parts were massaged and what kind of massage was performed.
Of course, any massage you perform yourself is at your own risk, but it is still a massage.
I don't think you should ignore the pain, and if you are worried, please consult your doctor in advance.
In place of providing information from here, I would like to ask for the results of your self-treatment and a donation.
Let's all pool our information and defeat this dreaded disease, diabetes.
If you contact us using the email form below, we will get back to you with instructions on how to give a massage.
The amount of your donation is entirely voluntary.
We would be grateful if you could donate an amount that is commensurate with the results of our research into preventing foot gangrene.
Thank you for reading to the end.
We look forward to your participation.
