Diary in English 2024/10/7

I've been thinking about my older son who was gained his weight too much and his deep loneliness.
How can I win his heart? The youngest son is a reflection of the fact that he was raised with a lot of unconditional love whereas my older son doesn't seem to get that same amount of love.

By the way, I lost my motivation.
The company I work for didn't give any punishment to the man who drunk, slept and put underpants off at site, during working hours. Who can have motivation? Furthermore, he come to our office very early without any permit to earn overtime pay.
To make matter worse, our boss approved them, and I have never seen any action other than his approval even if the matter may be criminal activity.
