彼方のわたし
昔、音楽の野外ライブで、感動して泣いたことがある。弾き語りをしていたのは矢野顕子さん、曲は、忌野清志郎さんの「セラピー」という曲だった。ステージを遠くに眺めて、芝生に座りながら、その歌と歌詞を聴いていたら、自然と涙が出た。
この連載の中で私は、誰かに何かをお勧めしたりする文章は書かない、と決めているので、これは彼方（かなた）の私の記憶でしかなく、この曲をご紹介したいわけではないのだが。
A long time ago, I was moved to tears at an outdoor music concert. The person playing and singing was Akiko Yano, and the song was a song called ``Therapy'' by Kiyoshiro Imawano. As I listened to the song and lyrics while sitting on the grass looking at the stage in the distance, tears naturally came to my eyes.
In this series, I have decided not to recommend anything to anyone or write about it, so this is just my memory from afar, and I hope you will enjoy this song. I don't want to introduce it to you.

ライブが終わり、バックステージで、矢野さんにご挨拶（あいさつ）させていただける幸運に恵まれた。半泣きで素晴らしかったことをお伝えすると、ニコニコしながら「曲がいいからねー」とおっしゃった。もちろん、清志郎さんのこの曲は本当に素晴らしい。でも、その素晴らしさを（こんないい曲があるのよー）と、私にズズッと突きつけてくれたのは、矢野さんだった。あぁ、この人は音楽の神様に選ばれた人なんだなぁと思った。
After the live performance, I was fortunate enough to be able to say hello to Mr. Yano backstage. When I told him how great it was, half in tears, he complimented me with a smile and said, ``The song is great.'' This song by Kiyoshiro is really amazing. But it was Mr. Yano who pointed out to me the wonders of this song (such a great song exists). Ah, I thought, this person was chosen by the god of music.
