〜Charity helps young people with cancer〜
Teenage Cancer Trust is helping young people with cancer. Every day, seven young people in the UK, aged 13 to 24, hear they have cancer.
Teenage Cancer Trust is the only charity in the UK that helps them. The charity provides nurses, youth workers, and special hospital spaces. These places feel more like home. Young people feel less alone. They get a good care. Ben Peters, who gets cancer at 21, says that the charity helps him feel better and make friends.
More young people have cancer nowadays. The government does not have enough money. You can help the charity yourself and help young people.
〜慈善活動でがんの若者を支援〜
Teenage Cancer Trust は、がんを患う若者を支援しています。英国では、13 歳から 24 歳の若者 7 人が毎日、自分たちががんに罹患していると聞かされます。
Teenage Cancer Trust は、英国で彼らを支援する唯一の慈善団体です。この慈善団体は、看護師、青少年労働者、病院の特別スペースを提供しています。これらの場所は、より自宅のように感じられます。若者は孤独をあまり感じません。彼らは手厚いケアを受けています。 21 歳でがんになったベン・ピーターズさんは、この慈善活動によって体調が良くなり、友達を作るのに役立っていると語ります。
