I was able to replace the Collatz problem with a one-dimensional linear mapping problem of Chaos Theory.

All that's left is whether it can be solved using the Chaos Theory.

C transformation, c(No) and S transformation, s(No) are the most important ones.
(No is a positive odd number.)
