学びのフェア＆ペルー共和国へのキャンセル待ちに関するお知らせと次回イベントについて

皆様、今回の学びのフェア＆ペルー共和国へのキャンセル待ちの相次ぐお問い合わせに対する多くのご理解とご協力、誠にありがとうございます。しかし、会場の広さや感染症予防の観点から、現時点では受付を締め切らせていただくことになりましたこと、大変申し訳ございません。

ご不便をおかけしますが、事前にお申込みされた方で体調不良の方や当日参加が難しい方は、当日の参加者を減らすのは、キャンセル待ちの方の立場もありますので、早めにご連絡いただけますようお願い申し上げます。次回開催国は異なりますが、4月20日（土）に次回のイベントを予定しております。詳細は後日正式に発表いたしますので、引き続きご参加いただけましたら幸いです。

これからもより良いイベントを実現するために、共に協力し、楽しい時間を共有していきましょう。お互いに助け合いながら、心温まる瞬間を作り出し、新たな思い出を築いていくことを楽しみにしています。

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation regarding the inquiries about the Learning Fair & Peru cancellation waitlist. However, due to venue capacity and infection prevention measures, we regret to inform you that we have closed the registration at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but for those who have pre-registered and may have difficulty attending due to health reasons or other circumstances, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible. We understand that reducing the number of participants on the day of the event may also affect those on the cancellation waitlist. Therefore, we appreciate your cooperation in notifying us early.

Although the next event will be held in a different country, we are planning to host it on April 20th (Saturday). Details will be announced formally at a later date, and we would be grateful if you could continue to participate.
