Forefoot training 2 (Jan 25, 2024)

Continuing from yesterday, I tried forefoot running. Today's menu was 21km jogging. I didn't think I could run this distance only with forefoot strike, but anyway, feeling cushioning of the balls of my foot,  I could come back to the end.

The calf was tired and damaged. Something was wrong. umm…

I want to get sepcial legs.
