20Gy＋CDDPをやった後
FMISO PET（低酸素PET）を取って
集積なし→30Gyまでで止める （CDDPは2Kur）
集積あり→70Gyまで （CDDPは３Kur）
で局所制御差なし。 Ⅲ相予定と。
500人以上もう治療実績があるとのこと。

注目演題で取り上げた膵癌ネタ
ケモ（GEM）にCape併用CRTの上乗せを見た試験
カプランマイヤーが出てます。
N(-)のほうが効果が大きい。N(-)では
結構差がある、というのが個人的感想
ただ、やはりケモがGEM、というのがネックである
N(-)で効果があるのは遠隔転移の可能性が
低い人にはCRTの上乗せがあるのであろう。

BR膵癌に対する術前治療として
GEM+nabPTX vs. S-1+RT
RT線量は通常分割 1.8Gy*28Fr
有意差はないが、予想通り生存曲線がいったんクロスして
徐々にCRT群のほうが良いようにも見える。
MSTも有意差はないが、8か月ぐらい差がある。
超長期フォローデータが見てみたい。
とりあえず両方やるのが今の流れ？
