MRIリニアックで胃のリンパ腫、普通にやりすぎの感。
CBCTガイドでやっているとことは日本でもあるらしい。
CAR-T前にRT、ってのも大学でやっていると聞いた。

リピオドール打ち込みSBRT腫瘍床ブースト。
昔からやられている手だが、近年の方法を取れば
3年局所制御92%いけるよ、という話。
cT3-4が半分でこの成績なので結構スゴイ
サルベージ手術も少なかったと。

HDRのブラキで1-3Frを比較してみましたよ、
という報告。中～高リスク
７～８割でホルモン併用で、期間は6～9か月と
フォローアップ中央値は10年
結論的には有意差なし、という結果だが
分割をある程度したほうがよさそうにも見える。
これをSBRTに外挿していくのが今後の流れか。
