バーチャルフロントデスク機能が Neat Frame に代表される Teams Displays で次の四半期に導入されるとのことです。受付に設置して、担当者をワンタップで呼び出すことが、Microsoft Teams で簡単に実装できます。
Virtual front desk
Virtual front desk helps Teams you interact with and provide personal assistance to customers and colleagues who are on-site through a video call on Microsoft Teams displays. IT admins can easily enable virtual front desk on Teams displays and configure the contact information of whom video calls will be routed to and the call to action on the device. This feature will be available through the Teams Shared Device license next quarter.
