「詩」　瞳の奥に

ふっと一息つくと

頭にあった意識が
すとんと体に落ち

心と体がくっついた

瞳を開けば
微かな太陽の光と共に
瞳に世界が映り込む

ありのままの世界

瞳の奥には
なぜか、広大な海が見える

一艘の小舟がぷかぷかと浮ぶ

穏やかで静かな波が来ても
激しく狂った波が来ても

小舟は流れのままにあった

Behind my eyes

Take a breath of fresh air

The consciousness that was in my head
fell into my body

My mind and body became one

When I open my eyes
I see the world reflected back at me with a faint light

The world as it is

Behind my eyes, I see a vast ocean
A small boat is floating in the water

Even when the calm and quiet waves come
Even when the waves are violent and crazy

The boat was just like the current
