Treat your frustration by yourself


Sometimes when people get frustrated, they can’t treat their feelings on their own.
They need someone’s help.
Is it good? Yes, people can’t survive without others and warmth.
That’s why babies die easily when they can’t feel literal warmth.
No one can live by mentally being isolated.

However, I believe people are alone, originally.
Nobody can’t understand what you feel and what you think.
Because you are you.
Also, people surrounding you would leave you someday.
Because they have their own life. You’re not on the first rank in their life.
You can’t ask for their help even it’s necessary.
You’re going to face against the time you must treat your frustration by yourself.

What do you do in the case when you can’t depend on others to treat your frustration?
I often post what I think or what I feel on my Twitter or express them writing sentences.
I need writing when I’m frustrated.
I like anger management, anxiety management and so on.
Why am I so furious? What made me upset? What is the solution? Like these.
But it doesn’t matter what you write.
You can describe what you feel, even if you scrawl.
Sometimes scrawling something makes your stress gone.
It isn’t necessary for you to express something clearly.

Human is originally alone.
You can’t flee from the isolation, especially mentally.
Surely you can demand someone’s help but shouldn’t try to get it too much.
You should discover a way to release your frustration by yourself firstly.
