【304日目 note千日回峰行】熱意という磁石

いかに才能があっても、知識があっても、熱意の乏しい人は画ける餅に等しいのです。反対に、少々知識が乏しく、才能に乏しい点があっても、一生懸命というか、強い熱意があれば、そこから次つぎとものが生まれてきます。その人自身が生まなくても、その姿を見て思わぬ援助、目に見えない加勢というものが自然に生まれてきます。それが才能の乏しさを補い、知識の乏しさを補って、その人をして仕事を進行せしめる、全うさせる、ということになるわけです。
　あたかも磁石が周囲の鉄粉を引きつけるように、熱心さは周囲の人を引きつけ、周囲の情勢も大きく動かしていくと思うのです。

No matter how talented or knowledgeable you are, if you lack enthusiasm, you are no better than a rice cake. On the contrary, even if a person lacks a little knowledge or talent, if he or she is hardworking or has strong enthusiasm, things will come out of it one after another. Even if the person himself does not produce anything, the sight of him will naturally bring about unexpected assistance and unseen help. This will compensate for the lack of talent and knowledge, and allow the person to progress and fulfill their work.
　Just as a magnet attracts iron dust around it, I believe that enthusiasm attracts people around it, and greatly influences the situation around it.
