【289日目 note千日回峰行】好きこそ

「好きこそものの上手なれ」という言葉がありますが、これは商売についてもあてはまります。商売を繁栄させたいと思えば、まず商売にみずから興味を持ち、好きになることです。好きになれば努力することが苦にならない。むしろ楽しくなる。そしてただお義理や飯のタネにするために事を運ぶというのではなく、誠心誠意それに打ち込む。そこにこそ繁栄への一つの道があると思います。
適材適所ということが言われますが、私は、適材適所とはそうした商売の好きな人が商売に当たるということであって、そうなれば千人が千人とも望みを達することも決して難事ではないと思うのです。

There is a saying, "If you like something, you are good at it," and this also applies to business. If you want your business to prosper, the first step is to become interested in it and love it. If you like it, you will not be bothered by the effort. In fact, it becomes fun. And don't just do things for the sake of doing them or for the sake of food. I believe that this is one of the ways to prosperity.
I believe that the right person for the right job means that the person who loves the business should be in charge of the business, and if that happens, it will not be difficult for a thousand people to achieve their desires.
