太陽熱温水器とその歴史　Solar water heaters and their history

太陽の利用にはその光と熱があります。
1950年代に私の父親は風呂の湯を太陽熱で温めて作ることを思いつき、長方形の大きな木枠にトタン板を張り、黒色に塗装し、ガラスで蓋ができる貯水箱でその目的を果そうしていました。
子供心には何をしているのかと思ったものでした。
当時はよい製作材料なかったはずですが、水温15度℃くらいの井戸水約100リットルを40度℃まですることには一応成功していました。
添付写真は父親が作った温水器によく似たもので、温水器商品として初期のものです。ネットに掲載されている写真です。
昨日も紹介しましたように、現在は真空式太陽熱集熱管が製造され太陽熱温水器として広く普及しています。
今、私は太陽を熱ではなく、太陽光を利用した発電でその発電効率を倍増させるシステムを開発、テスト中ですが、私の子供や孫が見たら、変なことをしていると思うかもしれません。
太陽のエネルギー利用という意味では熱と光の違いはありますが、私は父親と同じことをしている訳です。

The use of the sun has its light and its heat.
In the 1950s, my father came up with the idea of using solar heat to get hot water for baths, and he tried to realize it with a large rectangular wooden frame box covered with tin sheets, painted black, and a glass lid.
As a child, I wondered what he was doing.
Although there must have been no good manufacturing materials available at the time, he succeeded in warming about 100 liters of well water with a water temperature of about 15 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
The attached photo is very similar to a hot water heater that my father built and was an early hot water heater product. The photo is posted on the internet.
As I introduced you yesterday, nowadays, vacuum solar heat collectors made of glass are widely used as solar water heaters.
Now I have been developing and testing a system that doubles the efficiency of its power generation by using sunlight instead of heat from the sun, but my kids and grandkids might think I am doing something strange if they see it.
There is a difference between heat and light in terms of using the sun's energy, but I am doing the same thing as my father did.
