抹茶風チョコポテト🍟🍟🍟Matcha Chocolate Potato Chips
チョコレートを食べようと思ったら、暑さで柔らかくなっていて美味しくなくなっていました。そんな時は、がっかりせずに、美味しい抹茶風チョコポテトを手作りしましょう。
まず、溶けたチョコレートを用意します。チョコレートがまだ溶けていない場合は、太陽の下に1時間ほど置いておくと柔らかくなります。溶けたチョコレートをボウルに入れ、青汁パウダーを加え、湯せんしてよく混ぜます。均一に混ざるようにしましょう。
混ざったチョコレートをしばらく放置します。チョコレートが少し固まるまで待ちます。この間に、さつま芋を用意します。さつま芋は綺麗に洗って水分を取り、皮ごと食べるので綺麗に洗いましょう。
洗ったさつま芋は3㎜幅のスライスし、水につけ10分ほど放置したあと水分を綺麗に拭き取ってから180度の油で約3分間揚げます。サクッとした食感になるまで揚げましょう。
揚がった芋に少し塩を振り、粗熱が取れたら、チョコをたっぷりつけ固まるまで待ったら、甘くて美味しい抹茶風チョコポテトの完成です。
さつま芋の自然な甘さと、チョコと塩の絶妙なバランスが、美味しいスナックを作り上げます。特に、秋に旬を迎えるさつま芋を使って、子供たちのおやつや、夜の軽食、おかずやパーティースナックとして楽しんでみてください。

ホワイトチョコレート 1枚
青汁パウダー 20g
さつま芋 1個
塩 適量
抹茶パウダーがある方は、絶対に抹茶パウダーを使いましょう。青汁パウダーは健康になるんですが、美味しさが半減します。簡単な調理なので、是非作ってお楽しみください!

When you're craving chocolate but find that it's become too soft and unappetizing due to the heat, don't be disappointed. Instead, let's make some delicious matcha-style chocolate potatoes from scratch.
First, prepare melted chocolate. If your chocolate hasn't melted yet, you can leave it under the sun for about an hour to soften. Place the melted chocolate in a bowl and add green juice powder (or matcha powder if you have it). Stir gently to melt.
Let the mixed chocolate sit for a while until it starts to firm up a bit. During this time, prepare your sweet potatoes. Wash them thoroughly, including the skin since you'll be eating it. Slice the washed sweet potatoes into 3mm-wide slices.
Submerge the sliced sweet potatoes in water for about 10 minutes, then pat them dry before frying. Heat the oil to 180 degrees Celsius and fry the sweet potato slices for approximately 3 minutes until they turn crispy.
After frying, sprinkle a bit of salt on the sweet potato slices. Once they've cooled down a bit, dip them generously in the melted chocolate. Allow the chocolate to harden, and you'll have your sweet and delicious matcha-flavored chocolate potatoes ready to enjoy.
The natural sweetness of sweet potatoes, combined with the subtle bitterness of matcha and the richness of chocolate, creates a delightful balance of flavors. 20g of green juice powder (or matcha powder)
1 sweet potato
