Cases of Cars with Headlights On Waiting at the Traffic Light During My Outings
On December 9, 2023, and August 1, 2024, I posted on X (formerly Twitter) about instances where multiple vehicles with their headlights on were waiting at a traffic light when I exited the entrance of my apartment building to go out.
In the August 1, 2024 post, based on photos I took immediately after stepping out of the building, I made the following observations:
To further support these observations, I compared the photo properties and log entries from each shooting day.
The log is recorded in 10-minute increments, detailing activities for that day, including situations related to torture and human experimentation, which are recorded at discretionary times.
First, regarding the circumstances of the photo taken on July 31, 2023:
The unedited photo at the top left shows that the photo was taken on July 31, 2023, at 17:54, according to its properties. The log records that I went out at 17:50 on this day.
Next, regarding the circumstances of the photo taken on August 26, 2023:
Since the unedited photo used in the post didn’t have the date and time, I checked the properties of another unedited photo taken at the same location. The timestamp for this photo shows it was taken on August 26, 2023, at 18:07. The log records that I went out at 18:00 on this day.
Finally, regarding the circumstances of the photo taken on September 11, 2023:
The properties of the unedited photo at the top left show that it was taken on September 11, 2023, at 17:15.
The log records that I went out at 17:10.
The above three examples confirm that on all three days, the recorded departure times in the log and the photo timestamps are almost identical.
The critical point here is that for multiple vehicles with headlights on to be waiting at the traffic light at the exact time I exit the building, someone must know beforehand that I am going out.
This implies that the vehicles are on standby.
How do they know this? Are they reading my mind, assessing my visual information from somewhere, or perhaps monitoring my actions from outside?
Moreover, the time between when I start changing clothes and when I leave can be as short as 2–3 minutes.
Thus, the vehicles would need to either be driving around nearby or be parked in a position where they can respond immediately.
Also, I don’t always leave the entrance at the exact same time. Sometimes I return to my room for forgotten items or check my mailbox.
Despite this, to create a situation where vehicles with headlights on are waiting at the traffic light when I exit, the signal would need to be red.
This suggests that someone might have the capability to control the traffic light at will.
In fact, when I tried to cross the pedestrian crossing, the signal started blinking, then quickly changed to red after just a few blinks.
Who and where could be controlling these signals?
After cross-checking the photo timestamps with the log records, I confirmed that the time of departure and the photo times were almost identical. This consistent timing strengthens the possibility that the setup was prearranged. These findings further support the content I discussed in the August 1 post, suggesting that vehicles are on standby in response to my outings.
Daytime Running Lights (DRL) have been mandated on new models since April 2020 and on continuing production vehicles (compact car & normal car) since October 2021 in Japan, but the vehicles in the photos appear to have their headlights on.
Even vehicles that are moving switch from headlights to DRLs when passing close by from a distance.
In any case, on July 31, August 26, and September 11, 2023, I believe it was not a coincidence that multiple vehicles with lights on were waiting at the traffic light as I exited the building.
I’m unsure if this reduction in such incidents is due to my post on X regarding these occurrences or if it’s because I am now unable to go out as freely as I used to.
Nonetheless, I feel that the number of vehicles with lights on waiting at the traffic light when I exit the building has significantly decreased compared to before.
