Full content of the certified mail sent to the National Police Agency, TV stations, & others in Feb. 2024

As in February of last year, on February 19, 2024, I sent content-certified/registered mail to multiple organizations and companies.

This time, I unified the content sent to each organization/company.

Each institution and company should be aware of what has been done to me, at least within their own institution or company.

Additionally, many other institutions should have recognized that I have been subjected to unnatural treatment for over two years before sending this document.

In other words, even if they cannot immediately accept the torture and human experimentation I have been claiming, they should be able to understand that I am caught up in an extraordinary situation.

Here is the full text with some parts of the content concealed.

To Whom It May Concern,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Taya (60 years old, male), and I reside in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture.

I am writing to seek your understanding and cooperation regarding the incredible human rights violations I have been experiencing.

I identify myself as a victim of torture and human experimentation using advanced technologies such as the microwave auditory effect.

Given that I am able to go out and send this document, my story may seem unbelievable. However, I have experienced events at multiple institutions and companies that are beyond normal comprehension. I would appreciate it if you could understand the extremely abnormal situation I am in.

In February 2023, I made inquiries via registered mail, but I have yet to receive a valid response. Some companies have unilaterally declared that they will cease to respond, but I cannot leave this issue unaddressed, so I am contacting you again.

Please forgive the uniformity of this document, as it is part of my cost-saving measures. There may be some institutions receiving this letter for the first time or it may be sent to different departments than before. I ask for your understanding in this matter as well.

The common question I would like to ask is as follows:
Regarding the unnatural events I experienced at various companies, I would like you to provide specific information about who instructed these actions or what kind of individuals were allowed to use the facilities.

I am currently posting on X (formerly Twitter) and Note under the account name 'emutaya' (えむたや). Please understand that the multiple changes to my account name and the difficulty in grasping the overall picture from my posts are due to my efforts to continue providing information while enduring torture.

Below, I briefly describe some of the unnatural events related to the organizations and companies to whom this document was sent.

1. Early morning of March 5, 2018 - Hotel Sunroute Takadanobaba (closed in August 2018, operated by Sotetsu Hotel Management), Lawson Takadanobaba Ekimae-dori Store I experienced unnatural loud noises, a combination of light and sound, and a series of electronic sounds. I call this "mental sabotage."

2.  An example of what happened in Kawasaki City and Kashiwa City after the above incident: When I go out, I encounter numerous vehicles and bicycles with their headlights on even in broad daylight. There are also instances where loud noises are made just as I pass by. I believe many citizens are being involved in these human rights violations against me.

   Regarding Tobu buses, many buses, sometimes three in a row, passed by or stopped with their turn signals flashing and loud warning chimes, or buses stopped with their engines running.

3.  Examples of incidents related to the police:
  (1) Kawasaki Miyamae Police Station - Late night of March 6, 2018 When I visited the station without prior notice, eight uniformed police officers were on standby, but none of them knew about my two previous 110 emergency calls, and I was sent home without any contact.

  (2) Totsuka Police Station (Shinjuku Ward) - November 12, 2019 I visited without prior notice, but they seemed prepared. When I left the station, over ten men in suits entered the station in a group.

  (3) Kawasaki City home - Late night of October 29, 2018; Kashiwa City home - after 3 AM on November 20, 2019, around 11:30 PM on July 30, 2021, early morning on May 6, 2023 Different pairs of individuals, suspected to be imposters posing as police officers, visited my home.

  (4) I have made over ten inquiries through the Chiba Prefectural Police website regarding the following but have received no response: - The events mentioned above - The fact that my 110 emergency call history was not recorded on my smartphone - Whether the 110 emergency calls reached the Chiba Prefectural Police and requesting contact from them - The phone number of the Kashiwa Police Station being displayed as that of the Kanayago Substation of Togane Police Station, 50 km away

4.  Tokyo Legal Mind - March 18, 2018, LEC Suidobashi Main School, 4th floor large lecture room Unlike usual students, the large lecture room was almost entirely occupied by people in suits. The lecturer continued the lecture without mentioning this anomaly.

5.  Incidents at medical institutions (all in Miyamae Ward, Kawasaki City): April 2, 2018 - Satomura Orthopedic Clinic, April 9, 2018 - Ito Orthopedic Clinic, April 23, 2018 - Sagara Clinic, December 7, 2018 - Arima Hospital I received unnatural responses and diagnoses.

6.  Sunflare (Yotsuya 4-chome, Shinjuku Ward) - April 4, 2018 There were inexplicable events such as the computer cursor moving on its own and two incidents at my home, which only I should have known about, being imitated by a colleague.

7.  Incidents at TV station lobbies: TV Tokyo - October 31, 2018, Nippon TV - July 14, 2021 (during the COVID-19 state of emergency), TBS TV - September 14, 2021 (during the COVID-19 state of emergency)

         There were multiple inexplicable events common to two or three companies, such as only one security guard being present, no security at the elevator hall entrance necessary to access the offices, and around ten young people entering the hall as a group without going through reception.

8.  Kashiwa City Health Center and Daito Trust Partners - May 21, 2021, at home; August 3, 2021, at home Mr. ●● from Kashiwa Health Center (a mental health welfare worker) and Mr. ○○ from Daito Trust Partners visited on these respective days with entirely different women who introduced themselves as "＊＊＊," yet they both insisted the women were the same person, ultimately declaring the cessation of further responses.

9.  Kashiwa City Fire Department - Just before 5 PM on June 25, 2021 All the lights and sirens on emergency/fire-related vehicles inside the fire station were activated, and in the opposite parking lot, warning lights and sounds were activated despite no vehicle movement (I consider this a mimicry of mental sabotage). Besides this, I encountered numerous suspicious passes by ambulances and fire trucks.

The events described here are only a part of the many unnatural phenomena I have experienced.

Although not mentioned in these descriptions, there are even more inexplicable elements.

While I do not claim that every single detail I mentioned happened exactly as described, the fact that one person has experienced so many abnormal events alone suggests a serious underlying issue. I hope you understand this point.
