Things I want to convey ＆ Requests I would like to make

I am currently subjected to unimaginable human rights violations.

Specifically, I am enduring torture and human experimentation.

While this may seem unbelievable, it is the truth.

I have had unnatural experiences at multiple institutions and companies, including the police and television stations.

I provided my personal information, specifying the dates, times, locations, & details of my experiences, and contacted these institutions, but I have been continually ignored.

This indicates that these institutions are also complicit in the torture and human experimentation being conducted.

I am able to communicate via social media and go out in public.

There are no visible injuries on my face or limbs.

However, please do not dismiss this as "nothing serious."

While I am outside or at public places, individuals associated with these human experimentation organizations, as well as those who leverage their influence, inflict psychological pain & humiliation upon me, often involving innocent citizens in the process.

These individuals continue to subject me to such inhumane treatment that it’s hard to believe they have any human decency.

It feels as if they are following in the footsteps of Unit 731.

The ultimate goal of these human experiments seems to be the remote monitoring and control of human brain activity, truly terrifying technologies.

Those who possess this technology could neutralize their adversaries without them even realizing it.

There’s even a possibility that their innermost thoughts could be exposed.

The technology used in the torture and human experimentation I’ve endured is likely related to the technology used in the AHI (Anomalous Health Incidents) that began in Havana, Cuba, in 2016.

Some of the AHI victims might be unknowingly involved in similar human experiments.

They may be unaware of their symptoms because they are considered aftereffects, or their concerns might not be taken seriously even if they report other worrisome symptoms.

Is it not likely that the development of such technology is overseen by the U.S. Department of Defense?

There may also be involvement from the CIA in executing the AHI incidents.

In Japan, I suspect that I was targeted because my mother was exposed to "black rain" in Hiroshima during her childhood.

My father had experience serving in the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and later worked for a company that manufactures defense equipment.

It seems plausible that during post-atomic bomb research, I was identified as having characteristics that made me suitable for human experimentation.

I can only assume that the organization executing these experiments in Japan operates under the Ministry of Defense.

While it may be difficult to take action if this appeal is perceived as just the claims of an unknown individual, please take note of the fact that in Japan, every institution, company, and person—including the police, medical institutions, and the media—has chosen to subject a citizen to a living hell.

Imagine, even if the probability is small, that tomorrow it could be you.

Please be aware of the terrifying reality that technologies are being developed that can neutralize a target without their awareness.

Whether the U.S. or Japanese governments or defense agencies are aware of the organizations carrying out AHI or human experiments, or whether they are not aware, isn't this a profoundly serious issue?

I urge those who work at or are connected to the institutions & companies where I experienced these unnatural events to consider whistleblowing.

Additionally, I hope that those who are close to these individuals will encourage them to come forward.

It may be difficult to blow the whistle alone, so it might be better to gather volunteers.

In any case, once someone takes the first step, I believe others will soon follow like a breaking dam.
