What I Did on the First Day of Eviction Negotiations
As mentioned earlier, the eviction negotiations began in March 2023 and escalated to a lawsuit in September 2024.
On March 18, 2023, the day I received the document titled "Request for Vacating the Room," I sent an email (Exhibit A23, Exhibit B25-1) to each of the four visitors. This email included the following points:
A request to conduct the negotiations primarily via email or written correspondence.
A statement explaining that I am subjected to unimaginable human rights violations.
A warning that moving in the current situation, the new building would become a torture and human experimentation laboratory, and the town would turn into a torture and human experimentation city.
A declaration that I would not vacate the premises until these human rights violations were publicly disclosed.
I also introduced my then-Twitter (now X) and Note account names and mentioned a series of tweets (referred to below as "46 Posts") and a corresponding Note post highlighting the main points of my allegations.
The "46 Posts" contain examples of unnatural incidents listed in the certified mail I sent on February 19, 2024, to multiple organizations and companies, including the National Police Agency Secretariat and television networks.
All incidents are documented with dates, locations, and specific details.

Additionally, the "46 Posts" include records showing how I repeatedly appealed my plight to TV Tokyo, Nippon TV, and TBS Television.
These records consist of certified mail receipts and screenshots of submissions to their information-providing sites, compiled for each network.
They also document the fact that none of these media outlets provided any response (Exhibit B26-24, 26-38, 26-41).

The account for 'A_Kid_not_Human' was deleted on January 31, 2024.
By reviewing these "46 Posts," even if my claims of torture and human experimentation may seem unbelievable, it should be clear that I have experienced extraordinary incidents.
Moreover, it should be easy to imagine that serious issues might be lurking behind these events.
Additionally, the difficulty of explaining these matters verbally and convincing someone immediately should also be apparent.
Unfortunately, an email sent to me by the negotiator on March 22, 2023 (Exhibit B28), made no mention of the problems I raised.
Even when I asked in an email on April 5 whether they had reviewed my tweets, their reply on April 14 ignored my inquiry.
From the time eviction negotiations began—or rather, from the moment I received the notification in late February that "the master lease agreement with the property owner would end by the end of February"—I had an uneasy feeling.
Based on the early exchanges with the negotiator, wouldn't it be natural for me to harbor suspicions about the plaintiff and the negotiator?
