守口市議会視察報告書

本日11月21日、私は守口市議会を訪問し、議会のデジタル化とその運用について学びました。河内長野市議会のメンバーとともに、守口市が導入している最新のデジタルシステムとペーパーレス会議の仕組みを視察しました。

守口市議会では、議事及び資料がデジタル化されており、タブレットを用いたペーパーレスの運営が実現しています。これにより、資料の検索・共有・保管が効率的になるとともに、会議のスピードが上がり、コスト削減にもつながっていることを学びました。

今回の視察で得た知見を河内長野市のデジタル化の参考とし、議会業務の効率化とスピード化に取り組む所存です。これにより河内長野市の発展に貢献できるものと考えています。

Moriguchi City Council Inspection Report

Today, November 21st, I visited the Moriguchi City Council to learn about their digitalization and operations of the council meetings. Together with members of the Kawachinagano City Council, I inspected the latest digital systems and paperless meeting mechanisms that Moriguchi City has introduced.

The Moriguchi City Council has completely digitalized all proceedings and materials, enabling paperless council meetings using tablets . This improves efficiency in searching, sharing and storing materials, speeds up meetings, and reduces costs, as I learned.

I intend to utilize the findings from this inspection as a reference for Kawachinagano City's digitalization. By enhancing efficiency and speed of council operations, I believe we can contribute to the development of Kawachinagano City.
