A long hair Japanese chef

My Name is TB. 

I am a long hair Japanese chef.

I live in the states and am living my best life here.

Thank you for following me and liking me every time I post.

I am from Tokyo, Japan.

First, some of you already know I have grown my hair since 2017.

Simply because my wife asked me to grow my hair. Since then I have not gotten my hair cut. 

She trims my hair from time to time, other than that, I do not get my hair cut.

Second, unfortunately, there is no secret to my hair. I do not do much for my hair meanwhile I do not care much about my hair.

I believe what I have comes from mostly the genetic side.

Also, I think what I have is what I eat. It is mostly Japanese food.

Luckily, I have been a chef for countless years, so I feel I need to share what I cook since I have been asked about my secret a lot.

At last, having long hair is not just growing your hair. numerous factors connect each other, and there are plenty of the ways to affect your hair so I try to show you what I do as much as I can here.
