水の動きを撮る。これはシャッター速度を変えることで表現を演出できます。

タイトルの写真はシャッター速度が1/2000です。

この写真のシャッター速度は1/4000です。いわゆる高速シャッターです。水の動きを止めることができます。

これは上の二つの写真とは反対側の設定です。シャッター速度が1/25です。いわゆるスローシャッターです。どうですか。この辺りの数値になるとゆっくりとシャッターがおりるので、カメラをしっかりと固定しないとブレます。本当は三脚でカメラを固定するべきなのですが、この時は三脚を持っていませんでした。だから少しブレています。撮っているものが水流ということもあるのでブレているのがわかりにくいですね。

シャッター速度を変えることでこのような表現ができます。効果的なのは水の流れだけではありません。動くものを撮影する時には効果的に使用できます。走る鉄道や車を撮影する時も面白いでしょう。

You can express this by changing the shutter speed. It's not just the flow of water that's effective. It can be used effectively when shooting moving objects. It will be interesting when shooting trains and cars that run.

ただ気をつけなければいけないことがあります。シャッター速度優先モードを使用する時は心配ないと思いますがシャッター速度を変化させると明るさも変化するということです。

シャッター速度が高速だとシャッターが開いている時間が短いので光の取り込み量が減少し、暗くなります。スローシャッターだと開いている時間が長いので明るくなります。

マニュアルモードの場合、f値との兼ね合いもあります。f値が低い状態を絞りを開くと言います。これは光の取り込み量が増えて明るくなります。f値が高い状態を絞りを絞ると言います。これは暗くなります。

また露出をマイナスにすることをアンダーにすると言います。これは暗くなります。露出をプラスにすることをオーバーと言います。これは明るくなります。

There are just a few things to watch out for. When using the shutter speed priority mode, I think that you do not have to worry, but changing the shutter speed also changes the brightness.

If the shutter speed is high, the shutter will be open for a short period of time, reducing the amount of light captured and making the image darker. A slow shutter will be brighter because it is open for a longer period of time.

In manual mode, there is a tradeoff with the f value. When the f value is low, it is called opening the aperture. This increases the amount of light taken in and makes it brighter. The state where the f value is high is called the aperture stop. This gets dark.

Also, making negative exposure is said to be under. This gets dark. Making exposure positive is called over. This will be bright.

マニュアルモードは慣れないと難しいです。同じものを様々な設定で撮影してみる。そして見比べてみるのが良い練習になります。

自分で細かい設定をして思い通りの写真が撮れた時は結構嬉しいものです。

Manual mode is difficult if you are not used to it. Try shooting the same thing with different settings. And it is good practice to compare them.

I am very happy when I can make the desired settings and take the desired pictures.
