Living in Peace（以下、LIP）難民プロジェクトです。私たちは、日本に居住する難民の方向けに、就労支援事業を行なっています。 難民の学生の方への就労支援でひしひしと感じることですが、日本の就職活動には、海外の企業に就職する場合と違う点があります。 こうした点は、事前に知らないと正しく対応することが難しいものです。 私たちが支援してきた難民の学生が最初にぶつかる壁が、就職活動についての情報不足です。 これまで私たちはセミナーというかたちで難民の学生へ情報の発信を行なってきましたが、より多くの方へ情報発信できるよう、noteでは広く「外国にルーツのある学生向け」として日本の就職活動の基本情報を発信していこうと思います。（他言語版も作成予定）
