Structure of Kanji - Disassemble them in pieces!
こんにちは!じゅりあです。How is your life?
Many students have said to me -
"Kanji are just bunch of lines!!"
"They all look the same to me"
I feel how it is… And some Japanese who are bad at kanji think so too, don't worry.
However, there is still a way to be friend with kanji. Here you go!
This PDF shows how kanji is structured. Some tips to disassemble kanji so they no longer look like bunch of lines as a whole!
Another thing you can do with this chart, is to disassemble more kanji you see from your textbooks, lyrics of your favourite songs, lines from your favourite anime, or any texts with kanji.
I know you won't be able to read them yet, but first you should be able to recognise the differences of each kanji and let your eyes get used to capturing the structur!
This will definitely help you understand the context once you start learning how to read kanji.
Enjoy!
Your donations will help me stay healthy to create more materials for you!
