20241217 メンターになる人、老害になる人

読了です。メンターになりたいわけじゃなくて、老害とは呼ばれたくないなという気持ちで読んでました。わかりきったことばかりですが、あえて言われると「そうだよね。」と納得してしまう内容ばかりです。
強いて言うなら、抽象的な例え話が多く単調なことで読み手のテンションがあがりにくいかもしれません。私はもっとリアリティーある話が好きです。まぁそうなると自己啓発というよりも「ブラック企業の暴露本」になっちゃうかもしれませんね。
オススメです。
